RETURNS
Such a bummer that things didn’t work out :(. Luckily it’s possible for you to return the item of purchase and exchange it for a more suitable item. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of successful deliver date in order to be exchanged, if there isn’t a suitable item available, a store credit will be issued. Please however, keep in mind the fine print:

Refunds aren’t given at any time.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.

Merchandise must have all tags, including any Kerry ManWomanHome hangtags, attached.

For hygienic and personal safety of our customers, the following items may not be returned: pierced earrings, hosiery, undergarments and swimwear.

Store Credit cannot be transferred.

Store credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.

If your purchase exceeds the value of the Store Credit, an additional method pf payment is required for the remaining balance due.

Store Credit never expires.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted for exchange and will be sent back to the customer.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
PAYMENT
For all local orders, KERRYmwh accepts payments via bank transfer, COD or card on delivery. For international orders, we accept payment only by PayPal at this time.
*Please note PayPal offers a "checkout as a guest" option, if you don't see this option, feel free to send us an email & we will assist you.
SHIPPING
KERRYmwh offers worldwide shipping by partnering with the local post in your country to complete deliveries.
*Orders placed late on Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by the post office on the next business day.
Possible Delays:
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Due to the global impact of COVID, the postal service has been experiencing slight delays with overseas shipments.
KERRYmanwomanhome is not responsible for any delay in shipping or delivery issues once a shipment has been dispatched and tracking information sent to the customer.
Tracking:
Both Standard and Express options include tracking. Please, look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package.
DUTIES & TAXES
Please note, all international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. As such, we are not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees.
